Because of the presence of chemicals, glassware, and bacteria, all guests ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. It is also required that all guests be ages 7 and above to enter the DeBakey Cell Lab.

Timed Ticketing Purchase Policy for Free Family Thursdays (2:00pm - 6:00pm)
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests:
- Tickets for Free Family Thursday must be purchased online in advance, as we are currently operating on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-up tickets will not be available.
- Guests are allowed to redeem their tickets at the museum ticketing desk during the 30 min selected entry time. After this period, entry is not guaranteed, and rebooking may be required based on availability. Unredeemed tickets may be forfeited.
- Add-On Experiences: Any additional experiences, such as Body Worlds 101, Organ Dissection Demos, or The DeBakey Cell Lab, must be purchased onsite at the museum's ticketing desk. These add-ons are not included in the online ticket reservation.
