October 14th  - Soil Health – Loam Agronomics

How can we ensure the most nutrient-rich foods for our own consumption?

Sustainability - why protecting biodiversity is so important?

Scott Snodgrass, the owner of the 288-acre farm Loam Agronomics in Richmond, will lead the class and discuss why nutrient rich soil is essential to nutrient rich produce. He will then take you through methods to cultivate and sustain nutrient density in your own soil so you can begin growing and harvesting nutrient rich and tasty produce on your own.
