Start your Sunday off with an invigorating full body workout! Join Shayna for a moderately paced 60- minute power vinyasa flow that will increase your heart-rate, build core strength, and improve your flexibility and focus. This class is based off of the "Journey Into Power" sequence which includes standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. From cardio training to balancing to strengthening to stretching, this sequence provides a full-body workout that offers a multitude of benefits. The "Journey Into Power" sequence is highly adaptable and works for all ages, body types, and physical abilities. All levels are welcome, but some prior knowledge of vinyasa yoga is recommended. Participants only need a yoga mat, water, and any yoga props that might be useful for your practice (blocks, straps, etc.).
